3. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by webgo GmbH, Wandsbeker Zollstraße 95, 22041 Hamburg, Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded between us and webgo.

When accessing our website, webgo automatically collects and stores data in so-called server log files:

– IP address of the requesting device
– Date and time of access
– Name and URL of the retrieved file
– Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
– Browser used, operating system, and name of the access provider

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical security, stability, and optimization).

Log files are automatically deleted once they are no longer required for the stated purpose, at the latest after 14 days.

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change from “http://” to “https://” in your browser’s address bar and the lock symbol in the browser line.

5. Cookies and Consent Management

13. Mailchimp (Newsletter)

We use Mailchimp, a service of The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, to send newsletters.

Your email address and, if applicable, your name are stored to send the newsletter. Data are stored on servers in the United States. A data processing agreement including standard contractual clauses has been concluded with Mailchimp.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the end of each email.

14. WooCommerce (Online Shop)

We use the WooCommerce plugin to provide shop functions.
Processed data: Name, address, payment information, order details.
Payment providers (e.g., PayPal) receive only the data necessary to process payments.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data are stored only as long as necessary for contract fulfillment and statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax law).

 

15. Contact Form 7

You can send us messages via our contact form. Your details (name, email, message) are stored and transmitted to us by email.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

16. Rank Math SEO

We use Rank Math SEO for search engine optimization. The plugin does not process personal data, only technical information about pages and posts.

17. Social Media Feeds & Plugins

17.1 Shoppable Social Media Galleries by Sauce
This plugin integrates Instagram images. Data such as IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

17.2 Spotlight – Social Media Feeds
Embeds Instagram content and transfers technical data to Meta.

17.3 TikTok Feeds
Displays TikTok content and transfers data such as IP address, browser, and device information to TikTok.

17.4 YouTube Feeds
Embeds YouTube videos. When accessed, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Legal basis for all listed services: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

18. Simple Share Buttons Adder

This plugin enables sharing content on social networks. Metadata such as IP address and referrer URL may be transmitted to the respective platforms.

19. WP Optimize

WP Optimize is used to optimize the database and improve loading times. No personal data are transmitted to third parties.

20. Storage Duration and Deletion

We process and store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by law (e.g., tax retention periods).

After the purpose of storage ceases to apply or statutory retention periods expire, the data are deleted or blocked in accordance with legal requirements.

21. Rights of Data Subjects

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about whether and which personal data we process.

Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your personal data unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Under certain conditions, your data may only be processed in a restricted manner.
